Problem
An established brick-and-mortar water filtration store was looking to increase their online customer retention and revenue. Although they were acquiring new email addresses, their existing strategy wasn't generating revenue. Solution I first migrated the client from Mailchimp to Klaviyo and created an email game plan based on their existing data. Their new strategy included warming up their existing list, changing their messaging for broad user understanding, timed sales campaigns, and an advanced automation strategy to capture sales from their existing list. Results In the first month, customers who hadn't heard from the brand previously were excited to receive emails, indicated by the 30% open rate. Percentage of email revenue was 32% percent of the client's total revenue. |
Problem
An outdoor accessories company's email marketing platform lacked deep integration, leading to unsuccessful email campaigns and missing out on significant revenue opportunities. Solution I first migrated the client from Springbot to Klaviyo, and migrated their data. I used their new email platform to create highly segmented, high performance automated email sequences running alongside weekly campaign emails. I also put into place a Content Calendar with a promotional series to win back existing customers, and generate revenue from new customers. Results In the first month, email revenue jumped from 9% of over revenue to 20%, leading to an overall increase in email revenue of 177% in just 30 days. |
